Founder

Caleb Foreman

Caleb served as a Navy SEAL for 10+ years. After multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with SEAL Team 3 - he spent 3 years at the Naval Special Warfare Centers developing leadership curriculum for SEAL candidates,


Leaving the military - he was given an opportunity to adapt those winning frameworks and systems to the challenges of small teams in corporate environments.


He quickly realized that all teams struggle with the same fundamental problems - lack of structure, ambiguous roles and responsibilities, and operating in a culture absent of trust and accountability. 


This led to the birth of Elite Team Systems.
